<br />SWC:sh 7/17/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 252 <br /> <br />ORlGINAL <br /> <br />JUl 2 1 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 1986-87 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII B of the Constitution of the State of <br /> <br />California places various limitations on the City I S powers of <br /> <br />appropriation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Division 9 of the Government Code (commencing with <br /> <br />Section 7900) provides for the implementation of Article XIII B <br /> <br />by various procedures, including the requirement that each local <br /> <br />jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations <br /> <br />limit for the following fiscal year; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />This Council does hereby establish an appropriation limit <br /> <br />for the Fiscal Year 1986-87, as shown on Exhibit" A", attached <br /> <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10252 <br />
