<br />SWC:sh 7/3/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10251 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 7 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUMMARILY VACATING NON-ACCESS RESTRICTION <br />(TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3, Chapter 4 of <br /> <br />Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br /> <br />California, (Commencing with Section 8330) the legislative body <br /> <br />may summarily vacate a public service easement, including an <br /> <br />access restriction, if such easement has been superseded by <br /> <br />relocation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a non-access restriction over a portion of a public <br /> <br />street (Twin Dolphin Drive) is no longer needed, because such <br /> <br />restriction has been relocated; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council has authorized the City Clerk to accept, <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City, that certain "Grant of <br /> <br />Easements and Relinquishment of Access Rights" offered to the <br /> <br />Ci ty by Redwood Shores <br /> <br />Hotel Associates, <br /> <br />which document <br /> <br />established a non-access line at Twin Dolphin Drive. <br /> <br />2. The non-access restriction referred to in paragraph 1 <br /> <br />replaced by relocation the hereinafter described non-access <br /> <br />restriction/public service easement which this Council finds is <br /> <br />thereby no longer needed, and hereby orders said restriction <br /> <br />vacated. <br /> <br />3. The non-access restriction/public service easement <br /> <br />hereby vacated was established by and designated on that certain <br /> <br />10251 <br />
