<br />DES:djc 6/17/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10244 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 2 3 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL, AND RESCINDING ALL RESOLUTIONS, OR PORTIONS <br />THEREOF, IN CONFLICT HEREWITH <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 of the Charter <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, and within the limitations of <br /> <br />Government Code Section 36516 as required by said Charter <br /> <br />section, compensation of members of the City Council is hereby <br /> <br />established at, and each member of the Council shall receive, the <br /> <br />amount of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per month. <br /> <br />2. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption, <br /> <br />and shall be operative from and after July 1, 1986. <br /> <br />3.
