RELATING TO 1986 <br />SYSTEM SMOKE TESTING <br /> <br />OF <br />AND <br />SEWER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires field and office <br /> <br />assistance during smoke testing of the City a sanitary sewer <br /> <br />system plus assistance in making recommendations for future work; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kennedy/Jenks/Chilton, Inc. has represented to the <br /> <br />City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all of the <br /> <br />abovementioned services required by the City in connection with <br /> <br />the smoke testing program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, and KENNEDY/JENKS/CHILTON, INC. entitled "1986 Sewer System <br /> <br />Smoke Testing - Service Contract" (form dated 6/12/86), a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />reference, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10233 <br />
