<br />f''Z\S:sh 6/5/86 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 1 6 1900 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ Q. ~ 2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND WILSEY & <br />HAM RELATING TO PRODUCING A MASTER PLAN FOR THE <br />REHABILITATION OF THE BROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant to <br /> <br />produce a master plan for the rehabilitation of the Broadway <br /> <br />improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage wilsey & <br /> <br />Ham of Foster City, California to perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Wilsey & Ham to provide the abovementioned <br /> <br />services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Wilsey & Ham entitled It Agreement Broadway Improvement <br /> <br />Rehabilitation Master Plan Consulting Services" <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />6/5/86), attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-;; 0 '232 <br />.i. <br />
