<br />DAS:sh 6/5 86 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 9 1986 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I0229 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF LOUAN <br />PLAZA CONDOMINIUMS SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE <br />PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS AND EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD ITY, <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including the public <br /> <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />easements and emergency access easements described therei <br /> <br />Louan Plaza Condominiums subdivision in the City of Redwood ity, <br /> <br />prepared by H. G. Hickey, consultant for Thomas Curran <br /> <br />V. Curran, owners of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />fore <br /> <br />determined by the Director of Public Works as conforming the <br /> <br />tentative map for said subdivision, is approved, subject the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owne s or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owne s or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approv 1 of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter int and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement fo the <br />Improvement of Louan Plaza Condominiums Subdivision" wh rein <br />Owners, in consideration of the approval of said m p by <br />City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br />specified in said agreement, all improvements requir d of <br />Owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code 0 the <br />City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulatio s of <br />said City, and such other improvements designate or <br />mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by Cit <br />recordation, the Owners shall furnish to City and file <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securin <br />faithful performance of said Owners of all work <br />construction of all improvements designated or mention <br /> <br />for <br />with <br />form <br />the <br />and <br />d in <br /> <br />1024~ <br />
