<br />DAS:sh 5/2 /86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10228 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN <br /> <br />9 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS FOR THE SEWER SYSTEM - 1986 <br />SMOKE TESTING PROGRAM; REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS~ <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10200, adopted M y 5, <br /> <br />1986, the City Council authorized the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />Department of Public Works to call for bids for Sewer Sys em - <br /> <br />1986 Smoke Testing Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received fo the <br /> <br />performance for said work; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Professional Services Group, Inc., Burlin ame, <br /> <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the <br /> <br />intention and desire of this Council to award bid to said <br /> <br />Professional Services Group, Inc.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD ITY, <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The bid of Professional Services Group, Inc. in <br /> <br /> <br />sum <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />of Twenty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and No/100 <br /> <br />lars <br /> <br />($27,900.00), computed in accordance with bidder's proposal ated <br /> <br />5/27/86 for Sewer System - 1986 Smoke Testing Program, is reby <br /> <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to the <br /> <br />2.
