SWC:sh 6/6V86 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 10225 ORIGINAL J N 9 1986 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREE ENT FOR ENGINEERING PLAN CHECKING SERVICES - CENTRUM OFFICE PARK NO. 1 SUBDIVISION PROJECT WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert consu ting ting engineering plan checking services for the Centrum Office P rk - Unit No. 1 Subdivision Project; and WHEREAS, Barrett, Harris & Associates, Inc., Engineers, represents that it is qualified to furnish pert plan checking services; and WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this Council an agreement for the furnishing of such servic s by Barrett, Harris & Associates, Inc., and this Council desir s to approve and authorize its execution for and on behalf 0 the City; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD ITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain agreement entitled "Engineering Plan Services - Centrum Office Park - Unit No. 1 Subdivision (form dated 6/6/86) by and between the City of Redwood Ci y, a municipal corporation of the State of California and Bar ett, Harris & Associates, Inc., providing for the furnishing of e is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorize and engineering plan checking services with respect to the Ce trum Office Park - Unit No. 1 Subdivision Project, a copy of hich agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to hich copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars eof, directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City * * * 0225 of Redwood City.
