<br />DAS:sh 5/15/86 <br /> <br />MAY 1 9 1986 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N 0.10219 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $35,000.00 FROM <br />SEWER RESERVES; WASTE WATER COL~ECTION; ENVIRONMENTAL <br />SUPPORT & PROTECTION; OPERATING PROGRAMS TO ENGINEERING <br />DESIGN, ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT; ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT & PROTECTION CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS; ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT & PROTECTION; <br />OPERATING PROGRAMS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The sum of Thirty Five Thousand and No/lOa Dollars <br /> <br />($35,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Sewer Reserves; Waste <br /> <br />Water Collection; Environmental Support & Protection; Operating <br /> <br />Programs to Engineering Design in the amount of Two Thousand and <br /> <br />No/100 Dollars ($2,000.00), Engineering Construction in the <br /> <br />amount of Three Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($3,000.00), and for <br /> <br />Construction Contract in the amount of Thirty Thousand and No/lOa <br /> <br />Dollars ($30,000.00); Environmental Support & Protection Capital <br /> <br />Improvements~ Environmental Support & Protection~ Operating <br /> <br />Programs for the purpose of funding emergency repairs to a sewer <br /> <br />main lying between Windsor Way and Alameda de las Pulgas. <br /> <br />2.
