<br />DAS:sh 5/1/86 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAY 5 1986 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0201 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR TWO (2) RUBBER TIRED <br />BACKHOE LOADERS; DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS; <br />AND DIRECTING STAFF TO REVISE AND READVERTISE THE BIDS <br />FOR TWO (2) RUBBER TIRED BACKHOE LOADERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10157, adopted March 10, <br /> <br />1986, the City Clerk called for bids for two (2) rubber tired <br /> <br />backhoe loaders; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and filed <br /> <br />with the City Clerk for the furnishing of said rubber tired <br /> <br />backhoe loaders; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Any and all bids requested pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> <br />10157, adopted March 10, 1986, are rejected. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders all security guaranteeing <br /> <br />execution of the contract upon award. <br /> <br />3.
