<br />DAS:sh 4/16/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />!i Q. 1 0 1 8 8 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 2 1 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET SLURRY <br />SEALING ("SLURRY SEAL PROGRAM") 1985-86; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for street slurry sealing in order to maintain <br /> <br />public streets in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the streets selected to be slurry sealed are set <br /> <br />forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />street slurry sealing; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Redwood City <br /> <br />Slurry Seal Program <br /> <br />1985-86 in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California", including all plans and drawings referenced therein, <br /> <br />prepared in the office of the Director of Public Works and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
