<br />DAS:sh <br />DAS:sh <br /> <br />3/5/86 <br />3/24/86R <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />MAR 2 4 1986 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT TO LEASE BUILDING FOR POLICE EVIDENCE STORAGE <br />(137 FRANKLIN STREET) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ 2. 11116 7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, facilities are required by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />for police evidence storage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council a lease agreement providing for the rental of premises <br /> <br />for use by the City as an evidence storage facility; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve and authorize <br /> <br />execution of said lease; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, <br /> <br />"Building for Police <br /> <br />Evidence Storage Lease" (form dated 3/6/86) by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and American Home Appliance, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved; and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10167 <br />
