<br />DAS: sh <br /> <br />3/7/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ Q. l1ll5 5 <br /> <br />ORrCINAl <br /> <br />MAR 1 0 1986 <br />OF <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES (GID NO. 1-64) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires appraisal <br /> <br />services to aid the City in property tax assessment of General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, American Appraisal Associates, Inc. represents that <br /> <br />it is qualified to conduct such appraisals and prepare a report <br /> <br />thereon; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement between American Appraisal Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />and the City providing for such services, which agreement this <br /> <br />Council desires to approve; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Appraisal <br /> <br />Services GID No. 1-64" (form dated 3/7/86) by and between the <br /> <br />Ci ty of Redwood City, and American Appraisal Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />providing for appraisal services for General Improvement District <br /> <br />No. 1-64, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10155 <br />
