8/31/98 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13424 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT AND AN AMENDMENT PERTAINING THERETO, <br /> TO PROVIDE AN INFORMATION AND REFERRAL PROGRAM <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-1999 <br /> <br /> (FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement With City of Redwood City - <br />Fair Oaks Community Center - Information and Referral Program", entered into <br />and dated as of July 1, 1998 and referred to as "Agreement #71000-99-C023", <br />and that certain amendment entitled, "Amendment to Agreement #71000-99-C023 <br />With City of Redwood City/Fair Oaks Community Center," by and between the <br />County of San Mateo (styled therein as "San Mateo County Human Services <br />Agency") and the City of Redwood City, pursuant to which said County shall <br />provide funding for, and the City shall furnish, an information and referral program <br />by and through the City's Fair Oaks Community Center, for fiscal year July 1, 1998 <br />- June 30, 1999, a copy of which Agreement and Amendment pertaining thereto, <br />are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br />for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement and Amendment to Agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-459 <br />F\Shared/Redwood/Cou ncil <br />DES:djk <br />07/28/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
