0 R I G I N A L 8/31/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13420 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT TO CONDUCT PREDATOR DAMAGE <br /> MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES ON THE REDWOOD SHORES <br /> PENINSULA IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> (UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE <br /> ANIMAL AND PLANT HEALTH INSPECTION SERVICE AND <br /> WILDLIFE SERVICES) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Service Agreement Between the City of <br />Redwood City and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and <br />Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Wildlife Services (WS) - to Conduct <br />Predator Damage Management Activities at City of Redwood City Properties on <br />the Redwood Shores Peninsula", by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and the U.S. Department of <br />Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service and Wildlife Services, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-481 <br />F\Shared/Redwood/Council <br />FXS:djk <br />08/18/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
