<br />SWC:sh 12/12/85 <br /> <br />ORIG\NAl <br /> <br />DEe 1 6 1985 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLERS; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10092 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain bid documents and specifications for the <br /> <br />purchase of traffic signal controllers have been presented to <br /> <br />this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those bid documents and specifications prepared in the <br /> <br />office of the Finance Director, and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, entitled "Specifications Traffic Signal Controllers", <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the purchase of traffic signal controllers as <br /> <br />called <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforementioned <br /> <br />bid <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10092 <br />
