<br />DES:djc 12/12/85 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10089 <br /> <br />DEe 1 6 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS AND PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING <br />STUDIES RELATING TO RECONSTRUCTION AND REPLACEMENT OF MAIN <br />STREET BRIDGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires an environmental <br /> <br />analysis and preliminary engineering studies relating to the <br /> <br />reconstruction and replacement of that certain structure commonly <br /> <br />known as the Main Street Bridge (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Wilsey & Ham, Consulting Engineers, has represented <br /> <br />to this Council that it is qualified to perform such services; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Wilsey & Ham, Consulting Engineers, relating to such services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br /> <br />Wilsey & Ham, Consulting Engineers, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Environmental Analysis and Preliminary Engineering (Main Street <br /> <br />Bridge Replacement Project)" (form dated 12/12/85), a copy of <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10089 <br />
