<br />D~S:djc 11/14/85 <br /> <br />ORIGiNAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10084 <br /> <br />DEe 2 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES - SEAPORT CENTRE, UNIT 2 <br />SUBDIVISION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Seaport Centre Unit 2 Subdivision Project <br /> <br />includes the construction and installation of extensive public <br /> <br />works and site improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this City requires expert consulting engineering <br /> <br />services with respect to the aforesaid construction work; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Tri-State <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Company, <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, represents that it is qualified to furnish such expert <br /> <br />consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />Tri-State Engineering Company and this Council desires to approve <br /> <br />and authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Engineering Consulting <br /> <br />Services - Seaport Centre, Unit 2 Subdivision Project" (form dated <br /> <br />11/14/85) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and Tri-State Engineering <br /> <br />Company, Consulting Engineers, providing for the furnishing of <br /> <br />expert engineering consulting services with respect to the <br /> <br />Seaport Centre Unit 2 Subdivision Project, a copy of which <br /> <br />10084 <br />
