<br />DCB:sh 11/06/85 <br /> <br />NOV 1 8 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.10078 <br /> <br />OR~G' NAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE PORTIONS OF A WIRE <br />CLEARANCE EASEMENT AND PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND <br />HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA; SETTING TIME <br />AND PLACE FOR HEARING ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR <br />OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION; AND ORDERING <br />POSTING OF NOTICE OF SUCH PROPOSED VACATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, portions of a wire clearance easement and public <br /> <br />utilities easement in the City of Redwood City, heretofore <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />dedicated over a portion of Parcel II A" and "B" as shown in Book <br /> <br />44 of Parcel Maps at Page 11, San Mateo County Records, are not <br /> <br />needed for present or prospective public service purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City intends to <br /> <br />vacate said portions of the wire clearance easement and public <br /> <br />utilities easement pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of <br /> <br />Division 9 (commencing with ~8300) of the Streets and Highways <br /> <br />Code; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby declares its intention to <br /> <br />vacate portions of a wire clearance easement and a public <br /> <br />utilities easement as hereinafter described, and elects to <br /> <br />proceed with such vacations pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 <br /> <br />of Division 9 (commencing with ~8300) of the Streets aod Highways <br /> <br />Code. <br /> <br />2. The portion of the wire clearance easement and a public <br /> <br />utilities easement to be vacated are as indicated on the plat <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference entitled, <br /> <br />"Exhibit A", and is more particularly described in "Exhibit B". <br /> <br />1007~ <br />
