8/31/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13414 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE <br /> (l) EQUIPMENT TRAILER FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC <br /> WORKS SERVICES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were solicited for <br />the purchase of one (`1) equipment trailer for the Department of Public Works <br />Services of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation, three bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS, Great Western Equipment Sales of San Jose, California, is <br />the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />accept the bid of Great Western Equipment Sales; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I.
