<br />DCB:sh <br />DCB:sh <br /> <br />10/29/85 <br />10/31/85R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />!i o. 1 0 060 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />NOV 4 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE MAINTENANCE <br />OF WATER TELEMETRY SYSTEM FOR 1985-86 IN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents for maintenance of the Water Telemetry System for <br /> <br />1985-86 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />the performance of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />bid <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Special <br /> <br />provisions for Maintenance for Water Telemetry Storm and Sewer <br /> <br />Systems, December 1, 1985 - November 30, 1986, City of Redwood <br /> <br />City," on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of such work in accordance <br /> <br />with the bid documents therefore, said advertisement to be in the <br /> <br />form of that certain "Notice to Bidders" set forth in the <br /> <br />abovementioned bid documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10060 <br />
