.... 8118198 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13398 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR 1998-1999 WATER QUALITY <br /> MONITORING PROGRAM; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for the 1998-1999 <br /> <br />Water Quality Monitoring Program, Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents and <br />Specifications for 1998/99 Water Quality Monitoring Program - City of Redwood <br />City, California", prepared by the Department of Public Works Services, a copy of <br />which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
