8/18/98 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13396 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> MARLIN AND STAFFORD PARKS RESTROOM FACILITIES; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br /> BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for Marlin and Stafford Parks restroom <br />facilities in the City of Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />Marlin Park Restroom Facility & Stafford Park Restroom Facility - City of <br />Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the Manager, Engineering and <br />Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
