DES:d~k 07/07/98 (004/42) <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13387 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF <br /> CALIFORNIA MARINA, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br /> CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "California <br />Marina", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, <br />consultants for Kaufman and Broad - South Bay, Inc., a California <br />corporation, the owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br />map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of California Marina", (form dated 07/07/98) <br /> wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map <br /> by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of <br /> <br /> <br />
