6/29/98 <br /> <br />· ' ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13377 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING SPECIAL BENEFIT ASSESSMENT TO BE LEVIED <br /> AND COLLECTED--REDWOOD SHORES LANDSCAPE <br /> MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1995-1 <br /> <br /> (Fiscal Year 1998-99) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 12649 entitled, "Resolution <br /> Overruling Protests, Ordering the Formation of Redwood Shores Landscape <br /> Maintenance District No. 1995-1, Ordering That the Alternative Method For the <br /> Levy of Benefit Assessments Be Made Applicable Thereto, Approving, <br /> Confirming and Adopting City Manager's Report Pertaining Thereto, and <br /> Ordering Special Benefit Assessment to Be Levied and Collected Within Said <br /> District for Fiscal Year 1998-97," adopted December 11, 1995, Redwood Shores <br /> Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1 (the "District") was established <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Article XII (commencing with §18.80) of Chapter 18 <br /> of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the Redwood City Maintenance District <br /> Ordinance (the "Ordinance"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13107 entitled, "Resolution of <br /> Intention to Order the Levy of Benefit Assessments for Fiscal Year 1997-98 and <br /> Thereafter Using the Alternative Method, Approving City Manager's and <br /> Engineer's Reports, Modifying Formula for Annual Assessments, Ratifying <br /> Formation of District, Calling Property Owners' Election on Said Assessments, <br /> and Providing for Notice of Election and Hearing Thereon--Redwood Shores <br /> <br /> Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1," adopted June 9, 1997, this <br /> <br /> Reso-432 <br /> F:/$hare~Redwood/Councll <br /> FXS/fs <br /> <br /> <br />
