6/29/98 <br /> <br /> ORT GIblAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13376 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 98-2, <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS <br /> AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain parcel map identified as Parcel Map No. 98-2 (Lands of <br /> <br />Martin/Campus Associates, L. P.) in the City of Redwood City ("City") prepared by Brian <br />Kangas Foulk Civil Engineers, for Martin/Campus Associates, L. P., a Delaware Limited <br />Partnership, the owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by City's <br />Manager, Engineering and Construction, Department of Community Development, as <br />conforming to the tentative parcel map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> a) Before the release of said Parcel Map by the City for recordation, the <br /> owners or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or subdividers, as <br /> specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of the property described <br /> by said Map shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk entitled, "Agreement for <br /> Construction of Improvements - Parcel Map 98-2", (form dated 06/17/98) wherein <br /> Owner, in consideration for the approval of said Map by City, shall agree to construct <br /> and complete in the time specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of <br /> Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, <br /> being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other improvements <br /> designated or described in said Agreement. <br /> <br /> DES:mge <br /> F:/gh~gh~R~t~ood/Council\ Reso-434 <br /> 6/17/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
