<br />73-29A <br /> <br />WMAM:" ~:rb 10/25/85 17c <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />10046 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />OCT 2 8 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS <br /> <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />$1,608,193.65 SERIES B <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br /> <br />California, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council determined to issue serial bonds to <br /> <br /> <br />represent unpaid assessments in proceedings conducted under and pursuant <br /> <br />to its Resolution of Intention No. 9795, adopted on February 4, 1985; <br /> <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk has received a written offer for the <br /> <br /> <br />purchase of the Series B bonds to represent said unpaid assessments, <br /> <br />and, in the opinion of this Council, the best interests of the <br /> <br /> <br />assessment district will not be served by soliciting additional offers <br /> <br /> <br />therefor: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THIS COUNCIL HEREBY ORDERS, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the sale of said bonds is hereby awarded to Birr, <br /> <br /> <br />Wil son & Co., Inc. , subj ect to all of the terms and cond i t ions set <br /> <br />forth in said written offer for the purchase of said bonds. <br /> <br /> <br />2.
