<br />SWC:sh 10/18/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I0039 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />OCT 2 1 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A <br />BUS STOP SHELTER ON CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> <br />License Agreement with the San Mateo County Transit District <br /> <br />(SamTrans) for the construction and maintenance of a bus stop <br /> <br />shelter on certain City-owned real property. <br /> <br />The Agreement for <br /> <br />which permission is hereby given is attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />The plat describing the <br /> <br />City-owned real property upon which the bus shelter is proposed <br /> <br />to be constructed is set forth as Exhibit "A" of said agreement. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10039 <br />
