<br />DCB:djc 10/08/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I0031 <br /> <br />QR\G\ N[\l <br />OCT 14 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE PURCHASE OF STREET SWEEPER; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain bid documents and specifications for the <br /> <br />purchase of street sweeper have been presented to this Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those bid documents and specifications prepared in the <br /> <br />office of the General Services, and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, entitled "City of Redwood City Street Sweeper <br /> <br />Specifications", are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the purchase of street sweeper as called for in <br /> <br />the aforementioned bid documents and specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10031 <br />
