<br />DCB:sh 9/10/85 <br /> <br />0raG\W\L. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10019 <br /> <br />IEf 2 3 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />MASONRY FENCE, BUS SHELTER, AND SIDEWALK CANOPIES ON <br />CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Milton Meyer and Company has requested <br /> <br />permission to construct a masonry fence, bus shelter and sidewalk <br /> <br />canopies on certain real property described in Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />grant a revocable encroachment permit permitting construction of <br /> <br />the fence, bus shelter, and sidewalk canopies on said real <br /> <br />property subject to certain designated terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> <br />revocable encroachment permit to Milton Meyer and Company which <br /> <br />shall be transferrable or assignable to its heirs, executors, <br /> <br />administrators, <br /> <br />assigns, <br /> <br />beneficiaries, <br /> <br />and successors <br /> <br />(of <br /> <br />whatever nature), for the construction and maintenance of a <br /> <br />masonry fence, bus shelter, and sidewalk canopies upon that <br /> <br />certain City-owned real property, more particularly described in <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" of that certain revocable encroachment permit <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, which <br /> <br />permit shall not be effective until such time as Milton Meyer and <br /> <br />Company or its assignee executes an acceptance of its terms and <br /> <br />conditions. <br /> <br />10019 <br />
