FOR <br />SHARED HOUSING PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Human Investment Projects Inc. is presently <br /> <br />engaged in the operation of a Shared Housing Program and <br /> <br />desires to conduct a Shared Housing Program for residents of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Human Investment Projects Inc. has requested <br /> <br />financial assistance in order to conduct such a program for <br /> <br />residents of the City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, <br /> <br />1985, and ending June 30, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said <br /> <br />request and desires to allocate to Human Investment Projects <br /> <br />Inc. the sum of Twenty Six Thousand One Hundred Forty-Six and <br /> <br />No/100 Dollars ($26,146.00) from its Community Development <br /> <br />Block Grant funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />approval an agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Human Investment Projects Inc., and it is the intention and <br /> <br />desire of this Council to approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement (form dated 8/20/85), by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City and Human Investment Projects <br /> <br />Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />10007 <br />
