<br />Sli<U-' : dj c 8/22/85 <br /> <br />AUG 2 6 1985 <br /> <br />9995 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR SALE OF SURPLUS RADIO FIRE ALARM <br />EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9878, adopted May 13, <br /> <br />1985, this Council declared surplus the City's Radio Fire Alarm <br /> <br />System, and authorized the sale thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, bids were solicited and received for the purchase <br /> <br />of said equipment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Warren Oliver Company, Lake Oswego, Oregon was the <br /> <br />highest bidder, in the amount of $5,000.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent of this Council to award said bid <br /> <br />to Warren Oliver Company; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The bid of Warren Oliver Company in the amount of $5,000.00 <br /> <br />for purchase of the City's surplus Radio Fire Alarm System, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the General Services Director is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to sell said equipment to Warren Oliver Company. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9995 <br />
