~ ~_~ 6/22/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13363 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP <br /> NO. 98-4; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE A NOTICE OF <br /> INTENT TO CREATE A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT; AND <br /> DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID MAP FOR <br /> RECORDATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain parcel map identified as "Parcel Map No. 98-4," dated <br />June 1998, prepared by E. E. Woods Land Surveyors, Inc., Land Surveyors for <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, the <br />owner of record of the real property described by said Parcel Map, which <br />provides for the subdivision of the property into 2 lots, which property is shown <br />on that map entitled "Map of the Embarcadero Subdivision", filed in Volume 8 of <br />Maps at page 38, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file a Notice of <br />Intent to Create a Public Service Easement as designated on the Parcel Map for <br />use as an easement for public use. <br /> <br /> 3.
