6/22/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13361 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br /> WOODSlDE ROAD WIDENING PROJECT <br /> <br /> (MARK THOMAS & CO., INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the widening of Woodside <br />Road between the limits of Broadway and El Camino Real in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mark Thomas & Co., Inc. of Redwood City, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Engineering Services Woodside Road Widening Project" (form dated <br />06~03~98), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, and Mark Thomas & Co., Inc., for the performance of the <br />above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />R~-~ 1 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/Shamd/Redwood/Counci <br />06/03/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
