"- 6/8/98 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13352 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br /> AND REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN <br /> CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> ("THE CLIMATE BEST FEST") <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Catherine Brda of the Optimist <br />Club of Redwood City for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection <br />with "The Climate Best Fest "to be held on September 19'" and 20t", 1998, in the <br />form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way described <br />therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the <br />Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
