6/1/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13348 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY- <br /> OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS; AND AUTHORIZING SALE <br /> THEREOF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ovms that certain personal property <br />listed on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence that such property is not <br />needed for present or prospective municipal or public purposes, and should be <br />declared surplus; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Assessor has appraised said property and <br />determined that the current reasonable market value of the total of each of the <br />surplus items to be sold as a unit is more than Five Thousand Dollars <br />($5,000.00); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to declare said <br />property surplus and authorize its sale in accordance with Section 3-1/2 of the <br /> <br />Charter of the City of Redwood City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
