5/18/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13343 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL DEVELOPMENT <br /> DESIGN AND RELATED SERVICES RELATING TO THE <br /> RENOVATION OF PLAYGROUNDS AT STULSAFT AND <br /> STAFFORD PARKS <br /> <br /> (MOORE IACOFANO GOLTSMAN, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes the renovation of existing <br />playgrounds at Stulsaft and Stafford Parks in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires architectural <br />development design, construction documents and construction administration <br />services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Moore lacofano Goltsman, Inc. of Berkeley, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Architectural Development <br />Design and Related Services - Renovation of Playgrounds at Stulsaft and <br />Stafford Parks", (form dated 05/12/98), by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Moore lacofano <br /> <br />Reso-412 1 <br />G:~shared\redwood\cou ncil <br />DES:djk <br />05/12198 <br /> <br /> <br />
