5-11-98 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13335 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR INFORMATION AND <br /> REFERRAL PROGRAM <br /> <br /> (FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Amendment to Agreement," by and <br />between the County of San Mateo (styled therein as "San Mateo County Human <br />Services Agency") and the City of Redwood City, pursuant to which said County <br />shall provide funding for, and the City shall furnish, an information and referral <br />program by and through the City's Fair Oaks Community Center by extending the <br />term of that certain agreement between the parties dated March 30, 1998, <br />through June 30, 1998, a copy of which amendment to agreement is on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said amendment to agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-398 <br />F\$ hared/Redw00d/C0u ncil <br />DES:djk <br />04/20/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
