4/27/98 ORIGINAL Resolution No. 13324 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RECEIVING PROPOSED FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 AND AGENCY'S REPORT ON THE FOURTH AMENDMENT; AND CONSENTING TO AND CALLING A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City ("Agency") submitted to the City Council of the City of Redwood City ("City Council") a proposed Fourth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2 ("Fourth Amendment"), accompanied by the Agency's Report to City Council as required by Section 33352 of the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.), and consented to and requested that the City Council call a joint public hearing of the Agency and the City Council to consider and act upon the proposed Fourth Amendment; and WHEREAS, Sections 33354.6 and 33355 of the California Community Redevelopment Law authorize a joint public hearing on the proposed Fourth Amendment with consent of the Agency and the City Council. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood City as follows: Section 1. The City Council hereby receives the proposed Fourth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2, and the Redevelopment Agency's Report to City Council on the proposed Fourth Amendment. Section 2. The City Council hereby consents to, and, at the request of the Redevelopment Agency, calls a joint public hearing of the Agency and the City Council in the City Council Chambers of Redwood City to consider and act upon the proposed Fourth Amendment and all documents and evidence pertaining 13324 AK/DES: 4/20/98
