KIWANIS CLUB AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN <br /> CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (CARNIVAL) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to the Woodside Terrace A.M. Kiwanis <br />Club for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection with the Woodside <br />Terrace A.M.
