4/6/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13310 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br /> ELEVEN (11) PERSONAL COMPUTERS; AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.65 of the Redwood <br />City Code, the City Manager caused public notice inviting bids to be published <br />for the purchase of eleven (11) personal computers for the Department of Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication six bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS, American Multisystems-lnfogold of Milpitas, California is the <br />lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />accept the bid of American Multisystems-lnfogold; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of American Multisystems-lnfogold, in the total amount of <br />Nineteen Thousand One Hundred Fifty-three and 75/100 Dollars ($19,153.75), <br />computed in accordance with said bidder's proposal dated March 10, 1998 for <br />the sale of eleven (11 ) personal computers, which bid is on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br />responsible bidder for the sale of said computers to the City. <br /> <br />Reso-373 1 13 3 10 <br />DES:djk <br />G:/Shared/l~edwood/Councl~ <br />03118/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
