~ '- 4/6/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13306 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES <br /> - 1997-1998 WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> (SPRING AND CHARTER STREETS) <br /> <br /> (MACLEOD AND ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the replacement of old and <br />deteriorated waterlines on Spring Street from Woodside Road to Second <br />Avenue, and Charter Street from Middlefield Road to Spring Street in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />land surveying services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MacLeod and Associates, Inc. of San Carles, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Surveying <br />Services - 1997-1998 Waterline Replacement Project (Spring and Charter <br />Streets)" (form dated 03/23/98), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and MacLeod and Associates, <br /> <br />Reso-377 <br />DES:djk <br />F :lSharedlRedwood/Counci 13 3 0 6 <br />03/23/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
