-- ~ 416/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13301 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br /> WAGE PLAN FOR THE POSITIONS OF FIRE FIGHTER, FIRE <br /> FIGHTER-LIGHT DUTY, AND FIRE CAPTAIN; AND <br /> RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 12397 AND ANY AND ALL <br /> AMENDMENTS PERTAINING THERETO <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Effective January 5, 1998, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and <br />the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br />employee positions within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br />Fighter-Light Duty and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit A for the designated <br />steps thereof for the pay period commencing January 5, 1998. <br /> <br /> 2. Effective January 4, 1999, the monthly salary rate in dollars, and the <br />hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by <br />this reference incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br />employee positions within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br />Fighter-Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit B for the designated <br />steps thereof. <br /> <br /> 3.
