3/23/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13300 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CALIFORNIA STATE OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT TO <br /> PURCHASE CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED VEHICLES AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code Section 2.80 and <br />Public Contracts Code Section 10324, this Council does hereby authorize and <br />request the Office of Procurement of the State of California to purchase under <br />Contract Nos. 1-98-23-14 and 1-98-23-30, on behalf of the City of Redwood City, <br />certain materials, supplies and equipment, to wit: seven (7) police emergency <br />vehicles conforming to specifications of the Department of Public Works Services <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2.
