<br />DCB:sh 6/25/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9950 <br /> <br />omG\NJ\L <br />JU/L 22 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP <br />85-5 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map of Parcel Map 85-5 Subdivision in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, prepared by A.C.& H. - Civil Engineers <br /> <br />for Joseph S. Horwath, owner of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in <br /> <br />conformity with the tentative map for this subdivision, is <br /> <br />approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that <br />certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement <br />for the Improvement of Parcel Map 85-5 <br />Subdivision," wherein the owner or subdivider, in <br />consideration of the approval of said map by the <br />Ci ty, shall agree to construct and complete, in <br />the time specified in said agreement, all grading, <br />paving, curbs, cutters, sidewalks, storm drainage <br />system and other improvements required of owner <br />under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of <br />the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br />regulations of said City, and such other <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement and/or set forth in the plans and <br />specifications for the improvement of Parcel Map <br />85-5 Subdivision on file in the office of the <br />Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />(b) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a <br />good and sufficient security in a form to be <br />approved by the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance by said owner or subdivider <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />I,~ 0 f: , <br />~.' .l7 1> _) :~ I~ <br />
