<br />SWC:sh 6/21/85 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JUt 22 1985 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY <br />FOR UTILITY CROSSINGS; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO SOUTHERN <br />PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />9948 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement whereby Southern Pacific Transportation Company agrees <br /> <br />to allow utility crossings beneath their track along Seaport <br /> <br />Boulevard; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />and Southern Pacific Transportation Company, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2.
