JUL 1 5 1985 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO 85-1 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION RES 0 L UTI 0 N BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map of Parcel Map No. 85-1 Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates for Ricardo D. Ramirez, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: (a) That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owner or subdivider of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map No. 85-1 Subdivision," wherein the owner or subdivider, in consideration of the approval of said map by the Ci ty, shall agree to construct and complete, in the time specified in said agreement, all grading, paving, curbs, cutters, sidewalks, sanitary sewers, storm drainage system and other improvements required of owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specifications for the improvement of Parcel Map No. 85-1 Subdivision on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. (b) That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form to be 9940
