<br />SWC:sh 7/10/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 932 <br /> <br />JUL 1 5 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ORIGINAL <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN ~~TEO RELATING TO THE <br />BUS ROUTE REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the County of San Mateo entitled, "Agreement Between the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City - Bus Route <br /> <br />Rehabilitation Program", a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, and to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />99:3~ <br />
