<br />DCB:sh 6/20/85 <br /> <br />JUN 24 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9915 <br /> <br />ORIGiNAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDED AGREEMENT WITH TRI-STATE ENGINEERING COMPANY <br />FOR PUBLIC WORKS INSPECTION FOR SEAPORT CENTRE NO. 1 <br />SUBDIVISION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9634, adopted on July <br /> <br />23, 1984 the City authorized execution of a contract for public <br /> <br />works inspection services with Tri-State Engineering Company for <br /> <br />the Seaport Centre Unit No. 1 Subdivision Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires additional public works inspection <br /> <br />services, particularly in connection with the Seaport Centre Unit <br /> <br />No. 1 Subdivision Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage Tri-State Engineering <br /> <br />Company to perform additional public works inspection services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain original agreement entitled, "Agreement - <br /> <br />Public Works Inspection" dated September 20, 1984 by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and Tri-State Engineering Company, for <br /> <br />the public works inspection services for Seaport Centre Unit No. <br /> <br />1 Subdivision is hereby amended to increase the total contract <br /> <br />sum by Thirty Three Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($33,000.00), a <br /> <br />copy of which amended agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which agreement reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute said amended agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />The total contract amount <br /> <br />9915 <br />
