<br />DCB:sh 6/4/85 <br /> <br />.tUN 1 {) 198~ <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9901 <br /> <br />OH\G\Ni\L <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP <br />NO. 85-7, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br />CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. That certain final Parcel Map No. 85-7 in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, prepared by Civil Engineering Associates for Design <br /> <br />and Engineering Systems, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />owners of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that <br />certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement <br />for the Improvements of Parcel Map No. 85-7" <br />wherein the owners or subdividers, in <br />consideration of the approval of said map by the <br />Ci ty, shall agree to construct and complete, in <br />the time specified in said agreement, all <br />improvements required of owners under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br />of said City, and such other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a <br />good and sufficient security in a form to be <br />approved by the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance by said owners or subdividers <br />of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be Thirty Two <br />Thousand Five Hundred and OO/IOO Dollars <br />($32,500.00), and also a good and sufficient <br /> <br />i ~ q -i <br />jvOA <br />
